I read this story as part of the McKenna Family bundle released under the KU programme. This is the fourth story in a series about 5 siblings. Here the H is an accountant who takes ownership of a house because of the tax problems of the previous owner. Unknown to him the previous owner gave the h a lease and she was busy opening up her toy shop in the house when they first meet. The sparks fly because the h is determined to open her shop and get things moving in time for the Christmas season. The H wants to move into the house and they clash immediately but he eventually agrees to give her 3 months but she has to be out by 1 January. I like that it's fairly obvious to the reader that the H looks for any excuse to come and work on the house so that he can see the h but she doesn't realise it. The relationship develops quite nicely until they have a big misunderstanding (I really don't enjoy it as a plot device). Fortunately the author pulls it all together and we get a nice hea.
